ABOUT ME

Hi there! My name is Jack Bauermeister, and I’m a photographer and filmmaker based in the Midwest. I’ve been taking photos for nearly eight years now, and what began as a creative outlet has grown into a career built around storytelling and capturing meaningful moments.

My passion for photography sparked while traveling abroad, where I began incorporating drone work and seeing places from entirely new perspectives. That experience instantly hooked me and sparked a love for documenting landscapes, destinations, and the feeling of being somewhere special. Travel continues to shape my creative approach and the way I tell stories through imagery.

As my work evolved, I studied photography in college and began shooting weddings in the Okoboji area, which became a major part of my creative journey. In recent years, my focus has expanded into working with tourism boards, destination partners, and luxury properties, creating elevated visual content that highlights place, atmosphere, and design through a refined, cinematic approach.
